As a Certified Residential Appraiser, I provide my clients with quality service, excellent communication, and prompt turn-around times. I am a dedicated appraiser and understand the needs of my clients as I have been self-employed for most of my life. In addition, I understand what underwriters require, therefore only an extremely small percentage of my appraisals will ever need changes or addendums.

My recent continuing education includes: USPAP Renewal, Appraisal 103 Income Property Valuation, 90 Hour Real Estate Licensing Courses, Employee Relocation (ERC) Appraisal Courses, Appraisal Valuation and Economic Trends, Appraising Leasehold Interests, Land Planning and Zoning, Legal Descriptions, Blueprints, Foreclosures, REO appraisals, and Real Estate 1031 Exchange.
